Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 NISSAN MAXIMA WITH GOODYEAR EAGLE RSA SIZE 24545R18. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH THE VEHICLE VIBRATED AND THE RIGHT REAR PASSENGER TIRE SIDE WALL BLEW. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER AND CHANGED THE TIRE. THE CONTACT STATED THERE WERE VISIBLE SIGNS OF CRACKS OR BUBBLES. THE MANUFACTURER REPLACED THE TIRE THAT BLEW, AND WANTED TO CHARGE $100.00 EACH TO INSPECT THE OTHER THREE TIRES. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 16,000. THE DOT NUMBER WAS UNAVAILABLE.
