ON HOT DAYS ENGINE RPM'S RAISE SUBSTANTIALLY, TO THE ~1K RPM RANGE. ALMOST LIKE IT'S RACING. THIS ALSO MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO HOLD THE CAR STOPPED WHEN THIS OCCURS. *JB
