Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LINCOLN MKX. THE NEXT DAY AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED, THE CONTACT EXPERIENCED POOR VISIBILITY FROM THE WINDSHIELD WHILE DRIVING. THE GLARE FROM THE DASHBOARD IS THE CAUSE OF FAILURE. FORD IS AWARE OF THE DESIGN FLAW. THE FAILURE SPEED WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 850 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 578. THE CONSUMER STATED OC WELSH SUGGESTED GETTING THE WINDOWS TINTED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. UPDATED 08/28/07 *TR
