2004 FORD F-150 WITH 5.4L GAS ENGINE. MANUAL SAYS CHANGE SPARK PLUGS AT 100K MILES. DEALER BROKE ALL 8 PLUGS OFF IN HEADS. THE HEADS HAD TO BE REMOVED. BILL IS $2,000, JUST TO CHANGE SPARK PLUGS. *JB
