TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT WAS INVOLVED IN A HEAD-ON CRASH WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH. THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG DEPLOYED, BUT THE DRIVER SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE PURCHASE DATE WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 58,000.
