Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JEEP WRANGLER. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOST POWER WITHOUT WARNING. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO JERK VIOLENTLY. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO HIS RESIDENCE WHERE IT FAILED TO RESTART. THERE IS A RECALL ON THE 2007 JEEP WRANGLER REGARDING THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY AT THE DEALER. THE RECALL NUMBER WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 18,600 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,588.
