Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE CONTACT DROVE OVER A SERIES OF BUMPS IN THE ROAD AND HIS VEHICLE BEGAN TO JUMP AND SHAKE VIOLENTLY. AS TIME PROGRESSED, HE COULD DRIVE 55 MPH AND RIDE OVER A POTHOLE OR EVEN THE SLIGHTEST OF BUMPS. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHAKE AND VIBRATE SIMILAR TO HOW A FLAT TIRE WOULD FEEL. THE DEALER STATED THAT HE NEEDED SHOCKS AND TIRES. AFTER SPENDING $1,600 DOLLARS ON WHAT THE DEALER RECOMMENDED, HIS VEHICLE IS STILL VIBRATING AND SHAKING UNCONTROLLABLY. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 41,132 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,000.
