REAR CHASSIS SUSPENSION MOUNT FAILURE (UPPER CONTROL ARM BREAKS FROM CHASSIS). THIS APPEARS TO BE AS A RESULT OF IMPROPER WELD PENETRATION WHEN THE CHASSIS WAS FIRST ASSEMBLED. THE WEAK WELD EVENTUALLY LET GO.
