Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 OLDSMOBILE ALERO. ON MAY 21, 2007, THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO A TREE WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE PASSENGER SUFFERED A SEVERE HEAD INJURY AND RECEIVED SEVEN STITCHES. THE DRIVER'S CHEST AND BACK WERE BRUISED. THE WEATHER WAS NOT A FACTOR. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND IS CURRENTLY IN THE CONTACT'S GARAGE. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VIN, ENGINE SIZE, AND # OF CYLINDERS WERE UNAVAILABLE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 71,000.
