TL* - THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE DRIVING AT 35 MPH THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SLIDE FROM SIDE TO SIDE AND VIBRATE. THE WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE SNOWY AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT. THE DEALER STATED THE FAILURE OCCURRED DUE TO THE SNOW TRAPPED IN THE WHEELS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WHEELS WERE A DEFECTIVE AND A SAFETY HAZARD. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE BOTH 119,000. *AK
