TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 HONDA ELEMENT. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 42,000. WHEN HE ATTEMPTED TO USE THE HORN IT WAS INOPERABLE. OCCASIONALLY WHEN THE HORN WORKED THE SOUND WAS VERY LOW. THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE FAILURE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. *AK UPDATED 03/19/07. *JB
