Consumer Description
I HAVE A 2004 FORD EXPLORER. LAST YEAR AT 38,000 MILES, THE KEY LOCKED IN THE IGNITION AND I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET IT OUT. PORTSMOUTH FORD N.H. SAYS TOO BAD: IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY AND IT WILL COST ME $400 TO GET IT OUT. TODAY I HAVE 56,000 MILES ON MY EXPLORER AND THE KEY IS STILL IN THE IGNITION. IT IS A PAIN. I WAS HOPING FOR A RECALL. HAVE YOU HEARD OF THIS PROBLEM?*JB
