Consumer Description

DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SPEEDOMETER STOPPED WORKING ON A CONSISTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO DETERMINED THAT THE FAULTY SPEEDOMETER WAS CAUSED BY A MANUFACTURE DEFECT OF THE INSTRUMENT PANEL AND CLUSTER. THE SPEEDOMETER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURE WAS NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED NOR REPLACED. THE CONTACT FOUND MANY COMPLAINTS (EXAMPLE: #10096707) CONCERNING THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM.*AK
