DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THERE WAS A CRUNCHING NOISE FROM THE FRONT END. THE NATURE OF THE FAILURE WAS PERMANENT. THE SERVICE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM. ALSO, THE AUTOMATIC LOCK SYSTEM LOCKED RANDOMLY. THE SERVICE DEALER DISCONNECTED THE LOCKED SYSTEM, WHICH FIXED THE PROBLEM.*AK
