Consumer Description

I HAVE A 2005 NISSAN ALTIMA WITH A FAULTY IGNITION. MY GRANDSON, WHO WAS A SALESMAN AT THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE IN 2005, TOOK THE CAR IN TO BE CHECKED BECAUSE MY KEY KEPT GETTING STUCK IN THE IGNITION . I WAS TOLD THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT COULDN'T FIND A PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM HAS CONTINUED TO OCCUR REPEATEDLY AND IS GETTING WORSE. MY KEY WAS STUCK IN THE IGNITION FOR 5 DAYS THE LAST TIME IT HAPPENED. I WILL JUST USE THE LAST OCCURRENCE DATE AS THE 'INCIDENT DATE' BECAUSE IT TOOK THE LONGEST TIME TO GET THE KEY OUT. *NM
