WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAIL TO LAY DOWN WHEN TURNED OFF. SEEMS TO BE QUITE COMMON ACCORDING TO VARIOUS GOOGLE SEARCHES AS WELL AS MECHANICS. I HAVE NOT YET FIXED AS I FEEL THIS IS A CHEVY PROBLEM. COST IS 180.00 ESTIMATE FOR A NEW ACTUATOR SWITCH. *NM
