DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WERE STUCK WHILE IN THE UPWARDS POSITION. THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR WAS CHANGED BUT IT DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN TO A SERVICE DEALER. THE CONTACT EXPRESSED THIS WAS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE.
