DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE'S EMERGENCY BRAKE FAILED WHILE CHANGING A TIRE. THE VEHICLE ROLLED OFF THE JACK, SHOULD HAVE STOPPED, BUT ROLLED A FEW FEET BEFORE THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO STOP THE VEHICLE. NO INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED. THE EMERGENCY BRAKE LIGHT WAS NOT ILLUMINATED.*AK
