Consumer Description
DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 2 MPH ON ROUGH ROADS, A KNOCKING NOISE WAS HEARD. WHEN TAKEN TO THE SERVICE DEALER, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT A TECHNICIAN WOULD COME FROM PUERTO RICO TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE. THE SOUND WAS CONTINUOUS ON ROUGH ROADS BUT NOT ON PAVED ROADS. THE KNOCKING SOUND WAS HEARD COMING FROM THE SOMEWHERE FROM THE FRONT SUSPENSION ALL THE TIME AND OCCASIONALLY FROM THE REAR SUSPENSION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED.
