DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THE STARTER ASSEMBLY CONTINUED TO FAIL, NOT ALLOWING THE KEY TO TURN OR RELEASE THE STEERING WHEEL FROM THE LOCKED POSITION. THE SERVICE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE CONTACTED. THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
