THE CONSUMER'S 2003 FORD EXPLORER HAD A ROCK CHIP THE WINDSHIELD. A CRACK DEVELOPED FROM THE CHIP. *KB THE CRACK RAN THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE WINDSHIELD. THE CONSUMER BELIEVES THE WINDSHIELD ARE POORLY MANUFACTURED. *NM
