Consumer Description

DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 60 MPH, THERE WAS A QUIVER IN THE 2006 CHEVROLET KODIAK, THEN THE RECEIVER FELL OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS SLOWED DOWN, WHICH RESULTED IN THE TRAILER STRIKING THE TRUCK. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED ON THE SCENE. THE POLICE OFFICER NOTED THAT THERE WAS NO PENETRATION IN THE WELDING. THE MANUFACTURER COLLECTED THE VEHICLE FOR REPAIR.
