Consumer Description

WHEN WE OPENED THE DOORS TO THE DURANGO, THERE WAS SMOKE INSIDE AND A BURNING ODOR. FORTUNATELY THERE WAS NO FIRE. THE LIGHTS AND THE RADIO IN THE VEHICLE DID NOT WORK. WE GOT THE CAR HOME AND DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY. DURANGO WAS TOWED TO DEALERSHIP AND REPAIRED AT OUR COST. THE DEALERSHIP FOUND A SHORT IN THE HARNESS (FOR THE HEATED SEATS, WHICH WE DO NOT HAVE) UNDER THE SEAT. *NM
