Consumer Description
I AM ONE OF THE THOUSANDS OF FORD OWNERS WHO HAVE HAD SPARK PLUGS BLOWN OUT OF THE CYLINDER HEADS WHILE DRIVING. THIS IS A MAJOR DISGRACE THAT YOU ALL WILL CONTINUE TO LET FMC LIE AND STEEL FROM ITS CUSTOMERS AND DENY THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THERE ENGINES. PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING AND MAKE FORD STAND UP FOR THEIR MISTAKES. *NM
