FOUND SUBARU SERVICE PROGRAM WWP-99 ON INTERNET, SAME MODEL YEAR, ENGINE AND PROBLEM. DEALER AND SUBARU ARE DENYING ANY RESPONSIBILITY SAYING CAR NOT INCLUDED IN VIN RANGE. *NM
