BOUGHT A NEW 2004 HONDA ELEMENT IN MAY 2004 AND HAVE HAD TO REPLACE WINDSHIELD DUE TO CRACK ONCE PLUS REPAIRED TWO STONE CHIPS. PAID FOR THE REPLACEMENT WINDSHIELD OUT OF OWN POCKET AS DEALER WOULD NOT REPLACE AFTER EXAMINING WITH PEN. ONCE AGAIN RECEIVED ANOTHER CRACKED WINDSHIELD YESTERDAY AFTER BEING HIT BY A ROCK ON THE HIGHWAY ON THE WAY HOME. *JB
