Consumer Description

DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE PARKING THE VEHICLE, THERE WAS A LOSS OF ALL ELECTRICAL POWER. THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT RESTART AND WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL DEALERSHIP. THE DEALER DETERMINED THE IGNITION FUSE HAD BLOWN AND IT WAS REPLACED. AFTERWARDS, THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED BACK TO THE DEALER THREE ADDITIONAL TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT REPLACED THE IGNITION, INSTRUMENT CLUSTER PANEL, AND THE ELECTRICAL DOOR PANEL, BUT THE PROBLEM CONTINUED.
