Consumer Description
2000 CHEVY S-10 LEFT FRONT WHEEL SEPARATED FROM VEHICLE. *TS THE TIRE STRUCK THE FENDER AS IT CAME OFF. THE VEHICLE SLID TO A STOP ON IT'S UNDERCARRIAGE/SUSPENSION. THE WHEELS HAD BEEN PUT ON THE VEHICLE TWO DAYS PRIOR TO THIS ACCIDENT AND HAD ONLY BEEN DRIVEN ABOUT 60 MILES. ONLY ONE LUG NUT WAS FOUND. *NM
