Consumer Description

DT: THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS T-BONED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE AT 40 MPH. UPON IMPACT, THE SIDE IMPACT AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE VEHICLE WAS HIT ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALED. A POLICE REPORT TAKEN AT THE SCENE. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED BRUISES, CONCUSSIONS, AND SPRAINS FROM HEAD TO LEGS. SHE CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER, AND THEY CLAIMED THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY DUE TO THE SPEED AND ANGLE AT WHICH SHE WAS HIT. *AK
