Consumer Description

DT: THE VEHICLE IS A 2000 HONDA ACCORD V6 EX, THE CYLINDER HAS A CRACKED HEAD. ON 6-18-05 CONSUMER WAS DRIVING WHEN WHITE SMOKE CAME OUT OF THE DUAL EXHAUST. CONSUMER HAD VEHICLE TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP. THEY TOLD HER THAT IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE CRACKED CYLINDER HEAD. THE COOLANT MIXED WITH THE OIL AND CAUSED HOT STEAM TO COME FROM THE VEHICLE. PREVIOUSLY THE SRS LIGHT CAME ON. CONSUMER BELIEVED THAT IT MEANT THE AIR BAGS WERE DISABLED. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO FIX THE VEHICLE. IT IS CURRENTLY AT THE DEALERSHIP. *AK
