Consumer Description

WIRELESS HEADPHONES OPERATE INTERMITTENTLY WHEN ON AUDIO SOURCE, E.G., CD IS PLAYING ON THE FRONT CHANNELS AND THE DVD IS SELECTED FOR THE REAR CHANNELS. FAILURE OCCURS APPROXIMATELY 30-90 MINS AFTER THE SPLIT SOURCE IS SELECTED. WHILE THIS MAY NOT SEEM LIKE A MAJOR ISSUE FOR A VEHICLE, WE HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD THAT USES THE DVD TO REMAIN CALM AND, THE SYSTEM IS EXTREMELY LIMITED IN ITS CURRENTLY DEFECTIVE CONDITION, PREVENTING US FROM A NUMBER OF ACTIVITIES. HONDA ACKNOWLEDGES THE ISSUE, BUT HAS NO RESOLVE AT PRESENT. THEY EXPECT APPROXIMATELY 50% FAILURE RATE TO THIS ISSUE ACCORDING TO THEIR TECHLINE.
