DT: STEERING IS GOING OUT ON THE VEHICLE. VEHICLE IS IN THE SHOP DUE TO A RECALL ON THE HAZARD SIGNAL. WHEN PUTTING ON THE TURN SIGNAL TO GO LEFT OR RIGHT THE STEERING WOULD SOUND LIKE IT MAKES AWHISTLING NOISE. FROM UNDERNEATH IT SOUNDS LIKE KNOCKING OR RATTLING SOUND.*AK
