Consumer Description

BOTH TAILGATE SUPPORT CABLES ON MY 2001 S10 PICKUP THAT HAS A BLAZER VIN # HAVE BROKEN IN HALF DUE TO RUST AND CORROSION. I WENT TO MY DEALER AND THAT SAID THAT THE RECALL ONLY APPLIES TO FULLSIZE PU/U'S AND OTHER TAILGATE VEHICLES. MY VEHICLE IS NOT LISTED. I AM SEEING THAT THE BLAZER S10 HAS A RECALL ON THESE ITEMS. WHY WOULDN'T MINE? CAN YOU HELP ME GET THESE REPOLACED?*AK
