BUICK LESABRE 2004, PROBLEM WITH DIMMING OF THE PANEL LIGHTS. *BF THE LIGHTS WOULD DIM THEN AFTER A FEW MILES WOULD BRIGHTEN AGAIN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIND ANYTHING WRONG. THE CONSUMER BELIEVES IT'S AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. *NM
