HONDA ACCORD 2001, NOISE FROM A/C AND "MAINTENANCE" LIGHT WOULD ALSO FLICKER. *BF THE LIGHT BULB BEHIND THE DIGITAL CLOCK WAS REPLACED, THE GAUGES ON THE DASHBOARD WOULD ILLUMINATE, WHEN THIS OCCURRED ALL THE GAUGES WOULD DROP TO ZERO FOR A FEW SECONDS. *JB
