THE CONSUMER NOTICED THAT THE LEFT SIDE SUPPORT CABLE WAS BROKEN ON HIS TRUCK WHILE PARKED. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER THAT THE TRUCK WAS NOT COVERED UNDER A RECALL. *JB TAIL GATE SUPPORT STRAP BROKEN (RIGHT SIDE). TAIL GATE SUPPORT STRAP ALMOST BROKE (LEFT SIDE). *BF *NM
