I AM REPRESENTING THE CITY OF TROY, NY POLICE DEPARTMENT. WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY SENT YOU INFORMATION REGARDING THREE CRACKED WHEELS FROM THREE SEPARATE CROWN VIC INTERCEPTOR WHEELS. WE NOW HAVE A FOURTH ONE AND WE ARE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH REPLACEMENT FROM FORD, VIA THE LOCAL DEALER. THE WHEEL IS FROM A 2003 YEAR MODEL, VIN [XXX], DOT [XXX]. THIS IS THE SECOND WHEEL TO CRACK FROM THIS VEHICLE. THE CRACK IS 5" BY 1 3/4". FOR FURTHER INFO PLEASE CONTACT AUTOMOTIVE SUPERVISOR [XXX].
