THE CONSUMER OWNS BOTH A 1993 BUICK ROADMASTER AND A 2003 BUICK LESABRE. THE ROADMASTER HAD POOR LIGHTING IN BOTH HIGH AND LOW BEAMS AND THE HIGHBEAMS ON THE LESABRE WERE EXTREMELY BRIGHT. *BF *TC
