WHILE DRIVING AT LOW SPEED A SPLASH OF WATER FROM A TRACTOR SLASHED ON THE FRONT WINDSHIELD AND WINDSHIELD WIPERS LOCKED UP TEMPORARILY. DEALERSHIP WAS NOTIFIED PREVIOUSLY BUT DID NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. *AK *NM
