Consumer Description
THE CONSUMER WAS DRIVING THROUGH A PATCH OF BLACK ICE, LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND ROLLED OVER 6 TIMES. THE DRIVER ALSO HAD A CHILD STRAPPED INTO AN EVENFLO CHILD SAFETY SEAT. DURING THE ROLL OVER, THE CHILD WAS EJECTED FROM THE CHILD SEAT EVEN THOUGH THE SEAT WAS PROPERLY RESTRAINED. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED. PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS. *JB
