PART IN QUESTION WAS A CROSS OVER MANIFOLD PIPE; IT CONNECTED TWO MANIFOLDS TOGETHER ON TOP OF THE ENGINE. *BF THE CONSUMER REQUESTED A REFUND. THE CONSUMER WAS TOLD THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT PASS STATE INSPECTION BECAUSE THE VEHICLE HAD AN EXHAUST LEAK. *SC *JB
