Consumer Description
POWER WINDOW REGULATOR ON DRIVER'S SIDE FAILED IN DECEMBER 2004. THIS FAILURE WAS PROCEEDED BY SIMILAR FAILURES OF BOTH REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATORS IN JULY 2004. DEALER ADMITTED TO NUMEROUS OCCURRENCES OF THIS SAME FAILURE IN OTHER MAKES OF SAME VEHICLE (2000 BUICK LESABRE) HOWEVER, IN NONE OF PREVIOUS CASES (NOR MINE) DID THE DEALER OFFER REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS ($500/WINDOW).*AK
