FAN BLADE CLUTCH BROKE AND ASSEMBLY CAME OFF AND CAUSED SEVERE DAMAGE TO RADIATOR, SHROUD, HOSES, PULLIES, BELT AND FAN BLADE. ALL ITEMS HAD TO BE REPLACE AND TOTAL COST OF REPAIR IS $1200.00. *AK
