Consumer Description

WHILE APPLYING THE BRAKES PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR. A GRINDING NOISE WAS HEARD COMING FROM THE FRONT. CONSUMER TOOK VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION, AND MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE BRAKES ROTORS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. MECHANIC INFORMED CONSUMER THAT THIS PROBLEM OCCURRED MORE THAN ONCE, AND HAD NOT BEEN RESOLVED. *AK
