NORMAL DRVING CONDITIONS. HE ENTIRE VISOR AND ITS HINGES ON DRIVER'S SIDE SPONTANIOUSLY FALLS OFF. THE END OF HINGE HAS SHARP PLASTIC SPIKES WHICH INJURED THE DRIVER. *AK
