Consumer Description

WHILE DRIVING OIL GAUGE MOVED UP AND DOWN. TOOK THE VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED AT THE DEALERSHIP. CONSUMER WAS TOLD THERE WAS SLUDGE BUILD UP ON THE MOTOR. ALSO, IT WAS DUE TO IMPROPER MAINTENANCE. CONSUMER STATED THAT SHE HAD EVERY RECEIPT WHERE SHE HAS TAKEN THE VEHICLE IN FOR REGULAR OIL CHANGES. CONSUMER WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE SHE ONLY HAD THE VEHICLE FOR ONE YEAR, AND THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. *AK
