DRIVER'S SEAT BELT WOULD NOT RETRACT BACK INTO THE RETRACTOR. SEAT BELT WOULD STAY LOOSE ON THE CONSUMER WHEN IN USE. DEALERSHIP REPAIRED THE PROBLEM ONCE, BUT DID NOT RESOLVE THEN PROBLEM. *AK
