Consumer Description

WHILE DRIVING CONSUMER TRIED TO TURN LEFT BUT WAS UNABLE TO DO SO. THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED. AND CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO TURN LEFT. HOWEVER, CONSUMER WAS ABLE TO TURN RIGHT. CONSUMER WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, AND DROVE IT TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION. MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE RACK AND PINION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. *AK
