Consumer Description

WHILE DRIVING CONSUMER APPLIED THE BRAKES AND PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR. VEHICLE CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE. CONSUMER LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE IN A HEAD ON COLLISION. DRIVER WAS NOT INJURED. BOTH FRONTAL DRIVER 'S AND PASSENGER AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE INSURANCE COMPANY HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO THE BODY SHOP. *AK
