Consumer Description

WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AT A SLIGHT INCLINE CONSUMER OPENED THE TRUNK LID AND IT FELL DOWN. THIS CAUSED CONSUMER TO SUSTAIN MINOR INJURIES. VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION, AND MECHANIC CLAIMED THAT IT WAS DESIGNED THAT WAY. *AK
